In the morning, Callum confronted them in the common room, saying he knows they took the Disappearing dust and replaced it with Puffing Pixie Powder. He said he just wanted to know where they were going. They avoided telling him.
They went to herbology class, and Blithe Thimblethorn immediately called them up to ask where they had been the past few days
They came up with a lie: They went into the forest to gather some herbs and accidently ate a berry. They fell asleep and woke up later not knowing what to do. Blithe asked them what the berry looked like but they quickly lied and said they don't remember and that they were very disoriented when they woke up. They were successful in their deception.
Otto woke up and saw Callum sneaking out in the night. He confronted him and Finlay woke up then ran to the other side of the common room to the girls' dorms to wake up Caoimhe. They convinced him to take them with him. They were sneaky through the halls. They went to Juniper's Midnight Market, were kind of narcs, took June's ledger and wouldn't give it back. They saw that she sold Declan some polyjuice potion.
